Orders, Return and Refund Policy
Orders are processed within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. After that time frame you will receive an email with your tracking information to monitor your order through USPS.
Uplift Clothing Apparel doesn't have an exchange policy. We offer a return by mail option within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days when item(s) are returned.
Please print and fill out return slip (email us for the form firstname.lastname@example.org). Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All item must be returned in original condition with tag attached. All items much be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We do not accept COD delivers; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via a shipping service that has a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
